DHULFIKAR STEWARD — Sponsored Inclusion
PEOPLE FIRST — sponsorship buys access, not a person
An employer, NGO, government, bank, foundation or donor may pay for access, but does not thereby acquire rights over someone's financial behaviour, vulnerabilities, choices or personal research data.
- Sponsors and users must have distinct roles.
- Data minimisation and purpose limitation still apply.
- Users must not be forced into a commercial product merely because a sponsor pays.
- Outcome-based arrangements must never reward withholding support, transferring risk or selectively excluding vulnerable people.

Users do not always have to pay for their own access
Employers, NGOs, governments, banks, foundations and other sponsors could fund access for people for whom even €10 per month would be too expensive.
Proposed prices
| Community access | from €1 per user/month at volume |
| Protect sponsorship | from €3,95 per user/month |
| Full inclusion bundle | from €7,95 per user/month |
| Programme setup | from €1.500 |
Potential revenue models
Per-user sponsorship, government and NGO contracts, corporate social responsibility programmes, employer benefits, donor-funded access and outcome-based programme evaluation where carefully designed and legally appropriate.
Status: proposed, pre-launch commercial model. Regulated functions, specialist advice and partner-dependent functionality will only be sold or performed once the necessary authorisations, contracts and operational acceptance gates exist.
What this STEWARD module does not do
- It does not create regulated or professional authority that DHULFIKAR or a user does not already lawfully hold.
- It does not guarantee financial, legal, tax, operational, technical or other outcomes.
- It does not independently transfer money, execute transactions or approve credit or other regulated actions without a separately authorised party or system where required.
- It does not replace a human specialist where law, contract, risk, uncertainty or complexity requires professional human assessment.
