DHULFIKAR TOMORROW — What We Are Designing
This page records what counts as a RECORDED DESIGN DECISION within DHULFIKAR Mobile. That means an intentional design choice. It does not automatically mean the feature has been physically built, certified or made production-ready.
What we intend to build
- A capable, full smartphone on a distinctive DHULFIKAR hardware platform.
- An independent Sovereign Core for essential and emergency functions which should not depend entirely on the main computing system.
- A low-power rear display capable of showing important device status outside the main screen.
- A recognisable physical DHULFIKAR confirmation control.
- Hardware-limited sensor authority wherever technically feasible and measurable.
- A distinct layer for financial authorisation and security.
- A CASHKEY architecture for potential future cardless cash withdrawals, only with supported, properly validated issuer, processor and ATM infrastructure.
- DAM-DMA as a proposed personal intelligence layer that may advise, explain, warn and plan, but does not receive unrestricted physical authority or final payment authority.
- No universal DHULFIKAR master key as a design principle.
- Secure boot and a controlled software-update chain.
- Cryptographic agility and post-quantum-ready design where appropriate, permitting future migration of cryptographic mechanisms.
- A main battery with a separately protected emergency-energy layer.
- Repair-friendly construction, long-term support and as much provider and manufacturer portability as practicable.
- Advanced vision and sensor fusion as product-development directions.
- Energy harvesting as a serious technical research programme rather than an assumed proven power source.
What this does not yet establish
A design decision is not proof that every subsystem requirement is physically possible or achieved. Telephony, modem isolation, sensor isolation, CASHKEY, thermal performance, harvested energy, recovery and long-term support all require separate validation.
