Frequently asked questions — including the difficult ones
Is STEWARD a bank?
No. STEWARD is DHULFIKAR's decision-support and oversight layer. The proposed DHULFIKAR banking layer is separate and requires regulated infrastructure.
Is STEWARD just AI?
No. AI may support analysis and explanations, but STEWARD also includes evidence requirements, specialist escalation, human review and explicit authority limits.
Why are there 22 professional perspectives?
Because important financial decisions have several kinds of consequences. Not every case uses all 22 perspectives: only those relevant should be considered.
Who makes the final decision?
The user, authorised professional, organisation or regulated party entitled to decide in that situation. STEWARD should never silently take over that authority.
What if two perspectives disagree?
The disagreement should be visible. STEWARD must not pretend that there is automatically one objectively correct answer.
What do I actually receive?
Depending on the product layer: explanations, a risk and cost overview, alternatives, unanswered questions, escalation to specialists and eventually an exportable Decision Dossier.
Where does STEWARD get information?
From information supplied by the user or organisation, connected sources used with permission, and relevant verified external information. Sources and freshness should remain visible.
Does STEWARD sell my data?
That is not the proposed business model. Before a product goes live, its specific privacy terms must explain exactly what data is processed, why, for how long and with whom it is shared.
Can STEWARD make mistakes?
Yes. Software, models, data and people can make mistakes. That is why uncertainty, evidence, review, appeal and human escalation are part of the design.
Can STEWARD replace a lawyer or accountant?
No. It may structure a case and prepare important questions, but protected or specialist professional authority remains with the appropriate professional.
Can STEWARD tell me which stock to buy?
Not as an unregulated substitute for regulated personal investment advice. Investment research and portfolio-risk tools have different boundaries from regulated advice or trading execution.
Can STEWARD approve my mortgage?
No. It may analyse affordability and risk; the actual lending decision belongs to the authorised lender or partner.
Why would DHULFIKAR earn money from STEWARD?
Because software, analyses, dossiers, APIs, enterprise tools and specialist routing can be commercial services. Those incentives should be visible so potential conflicts can be assessed.
How can DHULFIKAR keep profit from taking priority over customers?
One approach is explicit conflict analysis and the question: would we still recommend this if DHULFIKAR earned nothing from it?
Is STEWARD fully finished?
No. The core architecture and public product structure exist, but many operational layers are pre-launch, and some depend on people, partners or regulated authorisations.
Why would professionals use STEWARD?
STEWARD does not aim to erase their expertise. It aims to prepare cases better, connect specialist disciplines and make missing questions visible earlier.
Why might investors be interested?
STEWARD could support software, B2B, enterprise, API, white-label and future regulated revenue opportunities through a shared governance architecture. These are possibilities, not validated forecasts.
Can people with little financial experience understand it?
Accessibility is an explicit design objective. Actual comprehension must later be tested with real users; we cannot assume text is understandable simply because we think it is clear.
How much does it cost?
See the separate pricing page. Unless an existing live product page explicitly states otherwise, the prices shown are proposed introductory prices.
