Questions a serious investor or director is likely to ask first
STEWARD is not interesting merely because it knows complicated financial vocabulary. Its possible value lies in whether a shared architecture could support distinct paid product families while demonstrably improving risk management, explanation, conflict handling and accountable human escalation.
What is the proposed commercial model?
- Consumer subscriptions.
- Founder and small-business software.
- Decision reviews and documented dossiers.
- Risk, compliance, security and model-governance tools.
- Employee financial wellbeing.
- API and usage-based services.
- White-label software.
- Enterprise licensing and implementation.
- Sponsored financial inclusion.
- Regulated-service revenue in the future only where law and authorised partners permit it.
Where might defensibility come from?
Not from one standalone AI model. The design hypothesis combines cross-domain decision governance, evidence management, customer-interest and conflict checks, explicit state boundaries, specialist routing, outcome monitoring, integrations and reusable decision/control frameworks. These are a potential competitive advantage, not yet proven differentiation or patent novelty.
What remains to be demonstrated?
- Real customer demand and conversion.
- Retention and willingness to pay.
- Measurably improved decision quality and outcomes.
- Unit economics for each product family.
- Operational security and privacy.
- A qualified specialist and partner network.
- Regulatory boundaries by jurisdiction.
- Real-world data quality and model performance.
What if STEWARD is too broad?
The proposed architecture is modular. A user should not face every specialist module at once. A mortgage case may require different controls from a startup fundraising decision or a security review.
How is this intended to differ from traditional consultancy?
The objective is to make repeatable analysis, evidence, workflows and governance components scalable as software, using qualified human professionals where legal authority, judgement or specialist expertise is required. That scalability has not yet been commercially validated.
What is already demonstrable?
There is a working core architecture, capability register, public product structure, explicit fail-closed boundaries and internal test contracts within the project's stated scope. These are not evidence of product-market fit, revenue, independent certification, institutional approval or production maturity.
