Can you explain STEWARD without merely repeating our words?

That is the real test: not whether a page sounds impressive, but whether you understand what STEWARD does and does not do, its boundaries, and when a human expert or regulated organisation is still necessary.

Why this test exists

DHULFIKAR does not want to assume information is understandable merely because we think it is clear. Comprehension is therefore a separate question that must be tested.

Self-check — 12 essential questions

  1. What is STEWARD in one sentence?
  2. Is STEWARD itself a bank, broker, insurer or another licensed institution?
  3. Can STEWARD independently transfer money, execute a trade or approve credit?
  4. Who ultimately makes a decision requiring professional or regulated authority?
  5. What should STEWARD do when important facts are missing?
  6. What happens when two relevant STEWARD perspectives materially contradict each other?
  7. Why must the option of taking no action remain visible?
  8. Why does STEWARD examine how DHULFIKAR or a provider profits from a particular choice?
  9. How should STEWARD treat a model score or an AI-generated score?
  10. What does this question mean: ‘Would we still recommend this if nobody earned money from your choice?’
  11. Why does specialist escalation exist?
  12. What does STEWARD's current public status actually mean?

Five critical misunderstandings that must never be hidden by a high overall score

  • Believing STEWARD itself holds a banking or other regulatory licence.
  • Believing STEWARD is permitted to carry out financial transactions independently.
  • Believing AI is automatically the final authorised decision-maker.
  • Believing conflicts between modules may be silently averaged away.
  • Believing public webpages or internal tests amount to independent approval or production acceptance.

If someone misunderstands any of those fundamental points, strong answers on other questions must not cancel that mistake.

What exists technically?

According to DHULFIKAR's internal development records, the codebase includes a separate fail-closed comprehension assessment engine that can evaluate submitted answers, flag critical misconceptions and produce an evidence receipt. That engine does not grant financial authority. A favourable test score is not proof of legal capacity, informed consent, financial literacy or regulatory compliance.

What is not yet live?

This public webpage is currently a self-check and explanation route. A full moderated user-testing environment involving real participants, consent, test protocols and outcome statistics is not yet operational. We explicitly distinguish that from the internally developed mechanism.

How DHULFIKAR intends to test actual comprehension

  • Ask users to describe what STEWARD does in their own words.
  • Check whether essential boundaries are remembered.
  • Test across different levels of financial experience.
  • Test limited language proficiency and cognitive accessibility.
  • Observe not only answers but also hesitation and navigation errors.
  • After substantive content changes, new comprehension evidence may be required.

Important

A technical result of “PASS_CANDIDATE” means only that submitted answers appear to meet the programmed test rules. It does not establish legal capacity, valid informed consent, financial literacy or suitability for a financial product.
